welcome to the studio
this is where we redesign the structures that shape your work.
most of my clients aren’t in crisis—they’re in tension.
They’re in tension—between the values they hold and the systems that don’t reflect them.
Between what’s working on paper and what’s wearing them out behind the scenes.
Between the business they’ve built and the life they actually want.
They’ve already built something meaningful. But now, they’re holding the weight of a system that no longer fits.
The metrics might say “success.” But their body, their bandwidth, or their team is signaling otherwise.
This work isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about repairing what you’ve been carrying—and re-architecting what holds it.
what do I mean by “studio”?
The work isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s creative, iterative, and deeply contextual—just like any good studio practice. Whether you need a single moment of clarity or a full-scale realignment, each studio meets you in a different layer of the work.

studio sessions
2-hour strategic intensives for leaders navigating pivotal friction.
Not exactly coaching. Not exactly consulting. Super facilitation and real strategy—at the point of breakdown.
the studio sequence
In a single, high-intensity day, we move through all five Studio Sessions—mapping the real architecture of your business and restoring movement where the drag has taken root.
the re:alignment studio
A strategic partnership for rebuilding what holds the business—so it doesn’t rely on your heroic effort to function.
studio sessions
2-hour strategic intensives for leaders navigating pivotal friction.
Studio Sessions are where most clients begin. Not because they’re small—but because they’re precise. Each session serves as a specific pattern interrupt, names the structural pattern underneath, and restores your ability to lead forward with intention.
You don’t need another hour of brainstorming.
You need someone who can listen deeply, ask clear questions, see the patterns—and help you reset the system.
These are 2-hour, high-trust, high-precision strategic intensives designed to surface misalignment in one of five core areas of your business:
Your business model
Your market positioning
Your offer architecture
Your go-to-market strategy
Your leadership role + capacity
These aren’t diagnostic in name only. They’re pattern recognition work.
We don’t stay surface-level. We trace the drag to its source—and name what needs to shift, now.
Studio Sessions are available to book directly for $750.
Once you purchase, you’ll receive:
A short intake form to surface the areas we may explore,
A scheduling link to book your session, and
A simple agreement so we’re both clear on what’s being held.
I’ve made these available with no preamble so you can enter directly into a focused, high-trust container to name what’s not working—and map what comes next.
studio sequence
In a single, high-intensity day, we move through all five Studio Sessions—mapping the real architecture of your business and restoring movement where the drag has taken root.
The Studio Sequence is for founders who want to move precisely—and don’t want to spread the system reset across a quarter.
This isn’t about speed for speed’s sake.
It’s about collapsing the lag time between what you already know—and what your business is still doing.
You’ll leave with structural clarity, immediate relief, and the first iteration of a system built to match your capacity now—not just your future vision.
What we cover:
Your business model (The Landscape)
Your positioning + audience resonance (The Self-Portrait)
Your offers + delivery system (The Container Study)
Your go-to-market plan (The Palette Cleanse)
Your leadership role + capacity (The Studio Lighting)
What’s included:
Pre-day intake and prep materials
6–7 hours of live strategy work
End-of-day prioritization
High-level recap of what we uncovered and where to move next (no busywork—just a clear path forward)
Studio Sequences are available by application only.
I hold a limited number of these each month to protect the depth and quality of the work.
the re:alignment studio
A strategic partnership for rebuilding what holds the business—so it doesn’t rely on your heroic effort to function.
The Re:Alignment Studio is a collaborative container, an engagement that’s 90 days at minimum—where high-context strategy meets real operational change.
This is where the deeper work happens:
When the model, the messaging, the delivery systems, and the leadership structure all need to be reexamined—not in isolation, but as a whole.
Most of my clients interested in a studio engagement start with a Studio Session.
From there, we scope a Re:Alignment partnership based on what’s actually needed—whether that’s a focused reset, a go-to-market shift, or a longer-term engagement to build systems that reflect your values and hold your growth.
What this space holds:
90-day structural resets
Go-to-market strategy and campaign design
System documentation + decision support
Embedded strategic counsel across team, delivery, or growth pivots
Leadership rhythm and operational clarity work that reflects who you actually are—not just what you’ve inherited
This is the partnership your business craves.
This work is intentionally limited.
I take on a small number of Re:Alignment partnerships at a time to ensure the intimacy and integrity of the work. The first step is to apply and then connect on a 30 minute call to determine scope.
why it works this way.
Every engagement is shaped by the same philosophy:
We don’t force you into someone else’s model. We build the one that fits what you're really here to lead.
not sure where to start?
If you’re sensing that something’s off—and you want a grounded place to talk it through—book a 30-minute “Studio Inquiry” with me. You’ll fill out a brief application and then find a time to talk.
Let’s name what’s not working, and see if I can help.

FAQs
-
You’re probably booking because something’s not working—and you’re wondering if I can help. So, in that sense: yes, it’s a first step toward working together. But it’s not a funnel and it’s not a script. It’s a conversation. I’ll ask questions, reflect what I’m noticing, and share where I think we could go—if it makes sense. You’ll do the same: bring what’s real, ask what you need, and feel into whether this work is right for you.
The Studio Inquiry is a space for structural triage—not performative clarity. If we decide to move forward, great. If not, you’ll still leave with sharper language for what’s been off—and a little more room to breathe. -
That’s okay. Most of my clients don’t come in with a fully defined scope. The Studio Sessions are designed to help surface what’s actually needed—so we can build a path that matches your context and capacity.
-
Most of my clients are founders or leaders running values-led businesses with team complexity, multiple revenue streams, and momentum that’s starting to feel misaligned. They’re often in the $250K–$3M revenue range and have outgrown the systems (and roles) they started with.
They’re not beginners—but they’re in a pivotal season of recalibration.
This work is especially useful for leaders who’ve tried to do things differently from the start—and now need the structure to match.
-
Both. I often work directly with founders, but I also integrate with operators and right-hand leaders inside growing teams. Especially in Re:Alignment partnerships, I act as a strategic partner—offering embedded support, structural triage, and system redesign—until the work can run without me.
-
Not at all. While I work with solo founders, many of my clients are running multi-person teams, holding revenue in the mid-six to seven-figure range, and navigating real internal complexity. The work scales—because it’s about structure, not size.
-
My work can include both.. I can stay with you through the build—whether that’s documenting systems, reworking delivery, or mapping a go-to-market plan that fits how you actually want to work—or help you strategize your next move and give you a system for your team to run.
For now, this is the form it’s taking. And if you feel pulled to be part of it, I’d love to have you. If not? That’s okay too. I encourage you to take this one day at a time—just like I am.
-
No—but I understand why you’d ask.
I’ve held such roles, so I get the overlap. But I don’t step into your business to manage tasks, delegate to your team, or run operations day-to-day.
I’m not a long-term operator. I’m the partner you call when something’s misaligned, but you can’t quite name where—or how to fix it. I step in to triage what’s not working, realign the structure, and restore clarity to how the business is held.
That might look like surfacing misalignment in delivery systems, clarifying roles and rhythms, or re-architecting the model itself.
Once the system is working, I step out—so your team isn’t relying on a workaround.
My goal isn’t operational management; rather, I’m interested in structural repair.
-
You can absolutely start with one. Some clients move through all five over a season. Some do just one, then circle back when the next signal emerges. The work is modular by design—so it can meet you where you are.
